  looks good id downgrade mwd for a meta version carry Null for range and C.N. Antimatter if you need more tracking against frigs etc ill +1 it as its solid

  I use the exact same thing except swap the invuln for a web, not as much ehp, but much harder to get away from. +1 for a solid fit

  Plus if you can afford a +3% PWG implant you can keep most of the EHP while fitting Neutrons. I usually use a web unless im running in a gang with more than 5 people.

  A 3% pg imp won't help, it'll take an ACR + downgrading from x2 t2 LSE to x1 meta4 LSE and x2 invulns.

  You posted cap stats with the MWD OFFLINE not turned off. This is a big difference. Its like posting stats but not mentioning you have 5 bil worth of implants in your head
