  This loadout has been updated - The disrupt WAS meant to be a scram, sorry about that, plugged this in originally on a jumpy laptop.

  Neut? Small nos counters medium neut, but small neut counters small nos, so only things with a cap booster and ab will be able to get away.
  
  Punisher has excellent cap and can run everything including a neut for more than 2 minutes.

  I run the same, but use Medium Pulse laser II's, drop the heat sink, and add in adaptive nano plating. Same tank, same gank. + wan.

  While medium pulses are nice for there range and a bit more dps, what the punisher really needs is tracking, that is why the smaller lasers make sense here.

  Take it back, more tank cause of the plating. But yeah, tracking is the punisher's weak point. Here's to hoping the other guy doesn't have a TD!

  Are you guys :censored: ing crazy dumb or what?  This wont even fit with all +5 skills.  Literally this is the worst punisher I've ever seen.

  It really cant fit. I checked with latest ETF and PYFA. And even if somehow both my fitting tools are bugged i did manual calculation -
  
  Punisher PG - 55 PG, with Engineering V - 68.75 PG, with +6% implant - 72.88 PG
  
  Small Gatling Turret - 6 PG, with AWU V - 5.4 PG each, total 16.2 PG
  1MN Afterburner II - 11 PG
  400mm Reinforced Rolled Tungstein Plates - 30 PG
  Small Armor Repairer II - 6 PG
  Small Diminishing Power System Drain I - 9 PG
  Faint Epsilon Warp Scrambler, Damage Control II, Heat Sink II - 1 PG each, 3 PG total
  
  Put it all together its 75.2 PG used on a ship that with +6% PG implant has only 72.88 PG.
  
  And even if you downgrade something/remove nos you still need AWU 4-5 and implant to fit it. And that basically means an old and wealthy character. So you have no need to fly a Punisher. It cant really be a cheap tackler, all other frigs do it better, and for solo/small gank pvp it has nothing to bring on the table. Its just tanky average dps ship with no EWAR. Basically mini T2 assault frigate. There is no reason not to fly one at this point.

  Fits with all V's mate,  guess that means you needs AWU V.  Using a meta or dead space rep or ab can help you get there, or for another ACR and look into upgrading weapon size.  Alternatively, you can fit a neut instead of a nos, and for a resistance plateing instead of the rep.
