  You're not going to need the rep at all times, you're only gonna pulse it. Try a web or tp or 2 for them rechargers. You only need to be stable with the ab on.
  
  Also, Guristas? Better sink in an eccm, instead.

  Using lasers against guristas isn't the best idea, I'd advice you start traning towards caldari or gallente, since their damage types are more favorable.

  For Guristas, change to the diss sequencer subsystem, hey presto built in ECCM.
  Change 2x nano accel rigs to 2x aux nano, now you can drop a recharger for a web and still be stable, and with the same tank.
  
  Things to consider...
  Missiles: Don't Gurista's have a nice EM/Therm hole?
  EHP: Hope its "safe" space
  PG: You have so much spare you could mount a capital gun, thats usualy a sign somethings wrong.

  Power core multiplier is fine. If you change subs you lose a high slot/launcher hardpoint.

  Hmm, not that much. On small ships yes, but anything bc and above... You can't put them down as fast, I struggle a bit on an abby, still need about 4-6 shots for the low bounty ones.
