sniper thrasher, I've tested this a few times while gatecamping in small gangs in 0.0, and it works surprisingly well. Even against cruisers it packs quite a punch every volley. And the best thing is that people completely ignore you because your so far off. It makes for a great KM whore if you're out of ISK and still want to join in the action without losing your ship.
It's perma MWD, and to be honest all you have to do is orbit and turn it on. just want to be carfull when there's fast tackle on the field. though they will most likely ignore you anyways, because you're cheap and far away.

(not the best as you can see, but the MWD makes up for this IMO)
