My friend really likes the stabber, especially when compared to the rupture, and asked me for a PvE fit. I suggested this fit. I think it can do most lvl 3s with some care. Puts out round 300 dps with drones.
Shied resists: 55, 64, 73, 78 Falloff is around 20km top speed is around 2200 Cap is stable at 40% with out the shield booster |

Ab this and use 1 em rig and replace a invuln with a booster and it should work ok. -
