  Change the calefaction catalyst to a Flare, get 2x Rigor rigs instead of CCC's.
  Get a target painter and an afterburner (or 3rd specific resist mod) instead of the cap rechargers, get another BCU instead of a CPR and a power diagnostic system instead of the other CPR.
  
  Your fit currently can barely tank 300 DPS. are you doing level 4's with this or what?

  Yeah, what Gaven said. That and PDS gives you a little more buffer for oh-shit situations, I prefer them to CFC's. by a large margin.
