I f*cking hate Ice mining, but the damn POS won't fuel itself. For use against Sansha rats, hopefully with enough tank to kill them before being forced to warp out. Solo, probably not, but with two or more shouldn't be an issue.
EHP: 9,440 Tank DPS: 88.8 HP/Sec Drone DPS: 158 Resists: 82.8 EM, 79.2 Therm Cap: 62.7% Stable CPU: @ 100.41% so you will need a 1% implant. At a touch over 300 million it's not ridiculously expensive and the way ice is going at the moment will pay for itself pretty quick smart. |

just so you know, domination invuls are actually worse than t2, you probably should get a better implant and then fit a better invul -

Since you know its all em/therm... another spec resist mod cheaper and no implants needed

Yeah, I know. It's just because of fitting requirements. Damn tight on CPU as it is.

If its still too tight for skills change the T2 em resist to another domi, they're quite cheap. if not get a dread co-pro. -

you wont be capable of fending off the BS rats, but if you have a guard along, it shouldn't be much of a problem.
