  I hate buffer fitting for pve. And this is a pretty expensive ship to be running plexes in with no way of repping yourself. It will work, but this is only good for blitzing, and if you get caught you have to leave.
  I don't see the point of using this ship as intended, but the numbers look good!

  Lol that may be a good point but I never said it was cost effective . That said, in the variant of this fit I'm actually using I have made 60 mil in bounties alone in 2 or so hours of ratting with this. So it ain't bad. I haven't dropped below half shields during this time even as I chained the belts. Also have been engaged by a arty fit Wolf and he couldn't break the tank before I closed in on him. Granted he was faster than me (MWD) and I had no scram if he flew it right he would have won the fight.

  or you could active tank, be more effective, and fit a MAPC in place of the 30mill rig which still needs an implant.

  I did not manage to kill him since he warped off, thought it was clear since I said I had no scram. But did survive because of the oversized tank. Otherwise I would have died for sure.

  So yeah. I soloed a Shadow Serpentis Fleet Staging Point 3 in this thing. Was a little tricky because of the neut towers which instantly neut out the ship. The citadel torps do an average of 18 dmg while the outpost has you webbed, which with the shield recharge rate it is insignificant. It is necessary however to setup multiple warp points to be able to pick off the towers. Try doing that with an active tank know it alls.
