this is my Geddon for missions. with this configuration is stable capacitor. Guns can be replaced with long-range Tachyons for sniper missions. The big advantage are 3 heat sink modules. Armor hardener must be changed according to the type of mission! If the rats in mission deal more than 2 types of damage, you may add 1 more hardener instead 1 heat sink.

Because everyone has T2 Large Turrets ....
I mean it's valid but missions still work fine with T1. It's not like you use 100%Conflag/Scorch either. INMF fits into faction/metas too.

The Medium Repper is still horrible as is the CPR.

It's not the fact they're not T2; it's the fact you've mixed beams and pulse. Pick one and stick to it.

You don't need to be cap stable. If you have a crappy internet connection or a computer that likes to freeze and crash, then it is acceptable, but it is not something you should shoot for on every ship. Get a cap booster and 2 tracking computers in the mids and switch all your guns to megapulses. That should give you enough range to make up for your lack of prop mod and enough tracking to hit orbiting cruisers.

I don't see how a cap booster can be helpful during missions. Cap stability reduces operating costs as the need to purchase cap charges is non-existant.

EDIT: To the OP, basically follow what everyone else is saying. Stick to one type of gun, and get a large repper. A Medium armor rep won't cut it. Also is it possible to dual rep this fit?

Tell me, are all of your mods that use cap ALWAYS on? I mean, between warping to agent stations, burning to acceleration gates, having your drones pick off the last few frigates, and tanking a battleship that for some reason is orbiting where it can't hit you, do you really need all of your mods on all of the time?
No. You don't need cap stability, and you don't need all of that passive recharge you have all of the time that you have it. Having a single cap booster means that you can control how much cap you are getting, just like you can pulse your tank to control how much cap you are using.
I personally hate cap boosters on PvE ships, as I hate having to manage 1 more thing. However, they are useful, and the operating cost isn't a good reason not to use one, as the cost is actually minimal, costing as much per mission as your ammo (and most missions even drop the boosters so if you salvage your costs are very very low).
In this particular instance I recommend a cap booster because you are going to need a lot of cap mods to make this thing stable with low SP (which it appears OP has) and a cap booster can free up slots to help you apply your dps better (in this case tracking computers).

Cap stability is unimportant, but cap life IS. Make sure you can go for 6+ min before you start slashing all the cap mods. Mixed guns are bad, and you won't be able to hit anything with pulses. Use a full rack of dual heavy beams and a tracking computer. Also, as I can see you are a noob, the geddon's targeting range is something like 70 km (if I remember correctly). That is not sniper. That's only mid-range for a battleship.

Re-reading that it sounded a little harsher than it was meant to be. Sorry about that.
Yea, I don't think you can make a good mission ship out of a geddon, I'd be happy if someone could prove me wrong.
I personally fly a deadspace fit Navy Geddon for doing level 4s. I posted a similar fit to what I use a while back but it got seriously downvoted. Biggest problem I had with the T1 geddon was that it couldn't fit T2 guns, an AB, and a large armor rep without some fitting mods/implants.
Apocs are probably the better all around mission ship, but there are some where you would rather have the additional DPS than the extra range.
