  All that shiny T2 stuff on this ship and t1 drones? Also, agree with all other notes.  Maybe even an Eagle might do this better.

  I imagine you're a gallente pilot with gun skills but poor drone skills (wtf?), so the ishtar wouldn't be the best choice for you at this moment. But you should absolutely spend the time getting t2 drones and using the ishtar as it is FAR superior to the deimos in absolutely every way.
  
  As for the fit, what level of sites are you planning on running? Like... 4/10 DED rating?

  T2 drones, consider dropping to 200mms and fitting a meta mwd so you can get a medium cap booster if you are fixated on shield tanking.
