This is my first tryout for high sec Orca, its build to support my mining Account/s, i didnt use tractor beam after all exhumers keeps in range under 2 km, i can heal them in case of pirates, and they can drop ore in corp cargo (186,913 m3), bonuse are 22,5 km Laser Range, and about 20% to mining Yield, ammount depends then on miner skills which is by my miner about 1950 m3. EHP 87,906 HP(EVE HQ) DPS 359,with almoust 14k Shield. After i use this more expensive fit, i said what the hell, use Faction Drones: Volley 320 DPS 80,17

If they want to gank an Orca, you will die. It's that simple. You should stick to T2 I think, and T1 rigs. If you really want to survive, try a Damage control and a reinforced Bulkhead (more hull HP) for some good EHP.. Sure keep your shield tank too if you want. but hull is where an Orca's tank is at. -

To expensive. Get T2 Drones (I've never even seen factiondrones on sale/used by anyone xD). Use active hardeners. Maybe put a DCU II.
In case you want to tank it completely - use DCU II+Bulkheads and the rigs for extenders and buffer the shields.Or browse the loadouts. Which should probably end up just as I described it in case it's buffertanked.

If you want some more Cargo you can put in a ItyV into the shipbay. That should make up for some of the lost cargo by tanking it. -

DEFINITELY put a damage control on there, Orca has a massive hulk HP and with hulkageddon coming up: 3x talos + 1 orca - DCU = dead orca just that simple
use t2 rigs if you can afford to lose them but use a damage control
