Swap the scrambler for a disruptor, you'll want to be able to point from bomb range. You really won't be flying this in web range if you want to stay alive, anything you can tackle that will still be alive by the time get into web range will probably kill you. Oh, I just imported into EFT and you're over on CPU by 5%, so unless you're rockin' a +5 electronics implant you won't be flying this fit. So all in all, I'd drop the scram for a disruptor, drop the web for a sensor booster, drop the low friction rig for a bay loading accelerator, swap the T2 calefaction catalyst for a T1 version and lose one nanofiber for a co-processor. Whether you keep the other nano is personal choice, some people like that it makes your base speed and agility faster so you're quicker while cloaked but I prefer a ballistic control there instead because I'm a DPS whore.

TL;DR: over on CPU by 5%, web and scram on bomber isn't advised, T2 rig on bomber is too expensive, I'm a DPS whore

for solo - remote sensor damp with targeting range and disruptor - for fleet remote sensor damp with target painter next to the pro module and whatever. for the rigs - faster loading and some dmg - for the lows a bcu.

T2 torps suck they are only good if 1 bs has 2 or 3 TP on it... but lulzy dps on a hurricane with only 1 TP for example
