This is the current set up that I use with my Raven while running L4 missions.
The Gist C-Type Type Large Shield Booster will only set you back around 180-200 Mil but is totally worth it due to is low cap usage. You can run everything but either the tractor beam or salvager and be Cap Stable if running everything your cap still lasts 16 minutes which is more than enough.
As with all mission ships though you will switch out the hardners to match the rats you will be going against. My basic set up is the 2 Explosive and 1 Ballistic as a lot of missions have you going against Angels which the tank is 851.
I do not use Caldari Navy BCS because a rack of 4 runs around 360 Mil and is not worth the 36 extra DPS it gives you. I use Fury Cruise Missiles.
If you don't have the 120 mil for the T2 Warhead Rigor Catalyst you can stick with the T1 version. I would stick with the Rigor though as the dmg mods do not add much and you have no need to increase range with cruises; and the Rigor of course helps with popper cruiser hulls faster.
As for no AB, on missions with gates that are far away and I know I can drop one of the hardners will throw on the AB.
