Whut? You do realise how to read EFT, right? With everything going you are stable at 43% with -27.9/+29.8. Ie; you are nett +1.9 energy whatsits per second. Toss a T2 medium neut in Projected Effects and that goes to -42.9/+28.9 and 1m 44s. Two of them and you cap out in 57s. Three and you cap out in 41s. This is related more to the cycle time of the neuts than your booster use by this stage.

Now, lets say you are facing off against my triple-neuting Cyclone. You tank all my DPS for 41s. You hand out 715 DPS during this time, and probably knock down the Cyclone's shields to one third. Then you cap out. Your tank goes to zero, your hardeners switch off, and pop in 12s and havent even got through the rest of the Cyclone's shield.

Your boat costs 2 billion. Mine costs 45M. I'll drop a Cyclone on this thing solo any day of the week till the sun comes up because of idiots like you who say "its not a problem when you get neuted you just burst the booster and keep orbit".

How? Even with an AB, I'll run you down.

This is a PVE Ship, not a PVP Ship my friend. If you get caught in a wormhole whilst making isk, you shouldn't be there. And the neuts from the frigs do nothing to your cap if you kill them, which this ship does in 2 volleys.
