Mostly PvE, but if someone needs help it can do some small scale pvp in a pinch.

EDIT: Didn't really explain that one well... Basically you sit off grid (near pos shield) and delegate control of fighters to corp mates who are ratting in system.

PS: Kinda new to the whole nullsec thing.

Damage control really is the first thing to put on any capital ship. The cap transfer is unbonused and unnecessary. For ratting, it's nice to have a drone control unit and a couple of neuts, not to mention a smartbomb. Unfortunately, if you want to rat, a PvP setup is a poor way to do it.

    drop cyno and cloak
don't pvp with the same fit you pve
not sure where u live but you can make a lot more isk running sanctums and havens with this then delegating fighters
Fit target painters, you only need one rep, drop hardeners for EANMs and one exp hardener, don't fit spec hardeners in case of getting hot dropped
Warp to sanctum/haven at range, and align to pos
    make isk
