Remove the Shield Transporter, it won't do much except capping you out. Dual-obelisks are more than enough for all Vanguard, three if you want to be on the safe side. Change a Sub so you have another mid slot instead of that high slot, and put an Afterburner on. While 300m/s is enough with dual webs, you're still close range, and an AB should probably make it better.

While I wouldn't decline an request for invite from a pilot using this as it is right now (if I ever flew shield :P), it's not yet perfect IMO.

There's an easy fix to make this a lot more viable. If you switch your engineering subsystem to Capacitor Regeneration Matrix and decrease your guns to 220mm you will be able to fit an afterburner and perma run the medium shield transfer, although you could also put on a large shield transfer instead which would run for 1m38s.

Also I would suggest dropping your 4th gyro to a damage control to increase your buffer and then change your ambit rig to a T2 collision accelerator (since you'll have the isk from the faction gyro) to maintain similar DPS. The range will be compensated by the afterburner though I would imagine you'll probably be close to your fleetmates. My suggestions would look like this:

Skip the damage control.  Loki's have such a small hull amount, if they get through your armor, you are already dead.  IMO go 3x gyros 2x Te in the lows.  Afterburner would be nice, but the way to do these sort of things is to orbit the anchor and let them come to you.  Personally if you can't fit at least a large shield transporter don't bother.  Burst tank > Cap stable tank, at least on this sort of setup.

Additionally I would add in a Core Field Extender rig instead of that projectile rig to get a bit more buffer, After stacking penalties and in fall off, its in game dps addition is very minimal.  Add you are there primarily for you webbing, not really your dps.

10mn AB brings down the alpha u receieve considerably, i recommend putting 1 on, otherwise, despite the hate and lack of damage control im neutral on this 1, it has 2 webs, 6 guns, 3 gyros..., use barrage tho, and you'll deal 600damage a volley to tamas @30km with only 1 TE II...then u can squeeze on that damage contro, also use all T2 shield: 1xextender 1xkinetic 1xexp rigs, then u can roll this baby into HQs an assaults after whacking on aother LSE II.

1) Don't bother trying to fit a remote rep.
2) If you do 5 damage mods in the lows, it should be 3 gyros and 2 TEs.
3) Needs a prop mod.

i would take this into my fleet, only cause it can web at range, other than that, this fit is mediocre. Probally cause it needs armor tanked.
