A T2 Disruptor fits, but I chose a Fleeting for cap reasons.

EDIT: Swapped the disruptor for a scrambler, and upgraded the neuts to faction. Thanks for comments.

Re-EDIT: Seriously considering swapping back to a long point.

Edited again: ok going to go with first instinct and wack a long point back onto this, but leaving the neuts as dark blood.

    Scram instead of point?

That would be optional, I like to have the long point, and I'm happy with twin webs doing near enough the job of a scram.

But what justification do you have for the long point? You kind of negate the point of 2 webs if you don't have the added range control of the scram, compounded with the twin neuts.

If they're faster than you, ie, mwd fit the chances of you catching them are slim to none anyway and if they do start losing they'll freely burn out of point range.

Edit: think of it this way, you're fighting a standard dual prop dram. With the point he could theoretically be doing about 1500-2000m/s with your dual webs. With a scram he'll be doing about 700 to your 800. Couple that with the neuts and you have a nasty nasty ship who controls range against other frigates absolutely.

It's a good fit you have but it's begging to have a scram on it. My opinion anyway.

I'm sort of torn between disruptor or scram a bit now, but I can't be prepared for every scenario, and think I'll just leave it as is. If a kiting dram came along I wouldn't even slow it down at all either way.

I would definitely go with a scram. Disruptor doesn't ad much to dual webs. Those speed numbers for the dram seem a bit high though.

Oh, and longer range neuts would be nice really, though you seem to be keeping the faction to a minimum. I also would prefer a neut/nos combo here.

Fine fit however it ends up though.

With 2 webs who cares if they want to run their MWDs? You should be able to neut thier cap before they can squeeze out of web range, and if they weren't in web range the scram wouldn't have helped anyways...

Only real reason I'd see for the scram here is to save on cap...

you get more ehp if you stick an MSE there instead of a web.
also fit a scram and swap plate to nano/heatsink if it fits. (change rigs accordingly.)
