  So much wrong with this setup I'm not even gonna bother suggesting anything, browse other rattlesnake loadouts, there's enough of them and get a clue.

  Overtanked is all. You do not need torps or sentries to make the rattler work. Cruises and heavies work just fine. That's more of a preference call for me.
  
  However the tank is a little ridiculous. Depending on your shield skills, 2 invuls w/ 1-3 shield extenders should be enough to tank ANY lvl 4 w/ good aggro management.
  
  In the other slots, you should have a Target Painter for sure, as that helps out both your missiles and your drones. If you use heavies, I think at least one drone navigation computer would be in order, and if you decide to go for sentries then Omnidirectional tracking links instead of the nav computers.
  
  As you get your skills up you can replace more tanking items for more tp's and drone mods.
  
  W/ lvl V skills you can get AT LEAST 600-700 dps out of such a setup, w/ a 700-900 dps omni tank.

  I appreciate the constructive criticism since I am just starting this fit.  Any suggestions are very much welcomed.
