I change out between the BCS and the DC depending on fleet comp and target. Any feedback is greatly appreciated |

Use a falcon.. its way cheaper and does not look bad as a killmail.
If you must use this... I dont even know what to tell you but get a MWD and buffer on it PLEASE.
Also ... ThisSmoke crack, make fits in EFT, BEST IDEA EVAR DUDES!

If your jamming doesnt work (which it will do a lot of times) you are not a very hard ship to blow up... EM screen reinforcer gives you more incoming damage vs sleepers (or anybody shooting less than 25% EM) due to larger sig radius. If you're going for jamming as tank than I would use a falcon. -

I will try to be a bit more helpful here.
EVERY other Caldari jamming ship can do what this Tengu does (With the exception of maybe the Griffin and Kitsune) more effectively. If you have money to piss away, then by all means, go with this fit, but at some point, you will loose this ship and will get LOLed in local, and on the killboard.
Griffin: Can speed tank better, but no firepower, only 3 or 4 mid slots. Good jamming bonuses, under 1 mil for the hull.
Kitsune: T2 version of the griffin. Probably similiar jamming bonuses to this Tengu, probably speed tank better than your Tengu, only 19mil.
Blackbird: probably similiar stats to this Tengu. only 4 mil max for the hull though. Can get over 100km jamming.
Falcon: imo, the best jamming ship there is. Can jam at 150km if not more, can warp while cloaked so no scan res setbacks with cov ops cloak, no decloak targetting delay. Fit smartbombs or assault launchers for drones or frigs that happen to get close enough to you. Fit a MWD for anyone that can happen to hit you at 150km
Rook: same as falcon except without the cloak, and you can fit some pretty good firepower too. Good close range jamming boat.
Scorpion: Can jam at 150km +, can fit a respectible tank, can fit drones for frigs that get too close, can fit cruise missiles for added DPS.
Basically, all these ships are ALOT cheaper and can do a good enough, if not better job than this Tengu. At 450mil for the hull and subs, you're sacrificing too much. If you want to do the same as this Tengu, get a Rook and you'll have similiar firepower, and fit a MWD for speed tanking. Your jamming will be better with a rook though. If you still want the cloak to stay safe, get a Falcon and stay at range. -

FURTHERMORE,
Multispectrals suck. Go with race-specific jammers. if you know who you're fighting, load up on those. if not, 1 for each race.
Also, without the rifling launcher pattern Subsystem, the ECM strength is laughable (Even with it, the ecm strength is not that good). And with the cov ops sub, the DPS is too low.
All your mods are way too expensive. Just because it's a Tengu, doesn't mean you need to faction fail fit it.
This fit tells me you're trying to make the Tengu an ECM, Damage Dealing, Covert Ops, Tankling, shield tanking Cruiser. Pick 1 and roll with it, or you end up with an ineffective abomination of a ship. There are tons of things the Tengu will do very efficiently, but it can't do all of them at the same time.
