on a side note, I have tested both common fits for this thing, in all kinds of situations, and this is my preferred.

DCU lets you get out alive once your shields break and keeps you on the field longer, what you sacrifice for placing one on is minimal, and having one out weighs not.
Needs a damage control
and faction stuffs
and a meta 4 mwd

Looks good to me, as gabe said a DCII can be useful but I don't really care for it personally, I see this much like a vaga, If you need more tank, you've already screwed up.

The T2 EM rig is a good investment, could do with some pimping on the point and/or the MWD if cash permits.

Tbh id drop the invuln or an extender for an AB, with a ship like this it really relies on its agility to negate any incoming damage, if you manage to find yourself in a situation where you just happen to not be paying attention to your overview at a certain paint and get scrammed, an AB could be a life saver, whereas the extra buffer will only ensure you die that small bit slower.  Even if you dont get scrammed you are able to keep your transversal up around 22-26km against battleships, tempest or mael for example, manual piloting with the AB ensure your cap (provided w/e your engaging isnt heavy neut fit, this is where a domi/RF point is handy, manual 28k orbit) is stable & you maintain a 1k transversal & they just wont be able to track you.

Else i agree with everything else on the fit.

thats not really what you do with this ship lol, i mean if your soloing sure the idea makes some sense, but when your with a fleet of similar ships, your group survival depends on speed tanking

glad someone saw were i was going with this, you can def pimp this thing out with faction mods, but its a practical pvp fit, the only major thing i see pimping is the long point, making your survivability go up quite a bit while not sacrificing a kill

you can usually kill anything little thats scramming you, but usually if your scramed, your also webbed, which defeats the purpose of a dual prop on this ship, main main ship before this was a dramiel, and while the dual prop fit works, its more intended for ships that need to get into scram/neut range, and this ship is not one of them, so having dual prop wont let you burn out of range of being pointed, especially if your heavy tackled. you cant out run the frig, you simply kill it first.

EDIT:
swapped to a m4 MWD, feel free to RF MWD it, but the theme was relatively "cheap" cynabal that doesnt make you rage when you lose it

Good fit. I prefer a 3rd extender because it removes any cap dependency in your tank. Other than that it's exactly like what I fly.

Looks pretty good. DCU argument kicks off fairly often. I personally would use a DCU but I can understand why you might not want to. It gives you approximately 20% more tank here. You were also wrong in the description, DCU isn't affected by stacking penalties. It gives a good boost to your shield resists here. EM increases by 6%, thermal 7%, Kinetic 5% and explosive 5%, which is a significant boost.
Either way, +1. Some faction love would be nice, but not necessary

EDIT: trying something different today, putting a fed web in place of the invuln, as i have come to realize i never even turn it on, to make up for the loss of resistances you get just for having it fitted, i dropped a TE for a damage control, as the cap is negligable to use it, and it does give some shield boosts comparable to having the invuln fitted but not activated.  we'll see how it goes.

EDIT: the fed web fit with a tracking enhancer dropped for a damage control to replace the invuln is pure win. I love this new fit. very practical and great fleet support

I get so sick of you morons putting damage controls on this thing, omg! but the eft! it says it tanks better! listen, you survive about maybe 6-7 more volleys in general from having that damage control, at the most, especially if its from a fleet your engaging.  you are better off replacing it with a nano and actually being the same speed if not faster than a vaga. speed tanking is your perk in this thing, not sitting still and having a huge buffer, the stacking penalty from the dmg control and the invuln does not make it worth it in exchange for being fast enough to gtfo when you need to
