  doesn`t look too bad.... you`d want a long range point though and don`t mix the drones... go for either a full fleet of damage drones or a full fleet of ecms.

  No similar loadouts... Nearly Standard PvP Drake. To tired to link the handful identical loadouts.
  And please!! Use HAMs for short range. If you are in scrambling and webbing range you don't need the range of HM missiles, but you will love the extra dps of HAMs.

  Yeah, you want to drop the heavy launchers for HAMs. It'll mean fitting a PDS instead of one of the BCU's. When you've done that, standard drake layout. Should really have browsed them first, I imagine this will be posted like 100 times

  HM's launchers with Precision missiles in will do the most damage to a scrammed and webbed cruiser / battlecruiser without a TP.
  
  Slow's the ship down which is a pain in the ass, HM's shouldnt be discounted though for close range...

  HAMs are perfectly capable of hitting a scrammed/webbed cruiser for full damage.
  Precision HMLs do lol damage full stop.
  
  Sorry but at close range, HAMs are king. Stu's fit above is pretty much perfect.

  If you're going to be in scram/web range you should have HAMs and a neut fit. Heavies blow.
