This is what I run, semi expensive but you're guarnteed to tank any belt rat. Can survive a minor suicide gank attempt but if you notice an increase in suicide ganking ships you should warp out.
Resists are 75/79/76/72 with cap stable at 66%.
Lack of ice harvester upgrades are due to CPU issues (which is why faction gear is used).
