How to fund this loadout with PLEX:

Current estimated total value, ISK: 158,576,761
Sell this many PLEX* to fund: 1
Convert this many ETC to PLEX: 1 Purchase ETC here

*You may only sell PLEX for ISK via the CCP Secure Transfer Method
You need to upgrade your Flash Player
Estimated yield from 2 Large Regard Power Projectors: 280 x2 over 5 seconds, so-

~140 gj/s capacitor granted
~140 gj/s capacitor needed without the egress port maximizer
-Viable with 2 basilisks, high resistances + high velocity and a low signature radius = good support ship!

Seriously you need buffer. Even 1 LSE and some ECCM.

drop the OIS for a PDS II (it'll give more shields and more cap) and then drop one magnetic scattering amp for an LSE and the other for a photon scattering field. with that you should have really high resists and a decent buffer to work with.
