1. Get a Vexor. It's so much better for missions than the Thorax.
2. The plate is useless, lose it.
3. Use an afterburner
4. 1mn is frigate sized module. 10mn is cruiser.
5. ECM is useless
6. Cap rechargers in spare mids.
7. Armor hardeners and magnetic field stabilizers, not plates and cap power relays.

Not necessarily, since looking at the t1 drone loadout, he might not have drone skills. A lot of rookie gallente players start off training guns right away and ignore drones.

okay, any reason the Vexor is better at missions?  and do i keep the armor repairer?  BTW, Thanks for the input.

Keep the rails as they are.

Change the MicroWarpDrive (MWD from now on) for an AfterBurner (AB from now on). MWD's don't work in deadspace pockets so it's useless for missioning.

Empty the low slots except for the Armor Repairer (Repper from now on), then add 2 Energized Adaptive Nano Membranes (EANM's from now on), one Damage Control (DC), and one Magnetic Field Stabilizer (magstab).

In the two remaining mid slots put Capacitor Rechargers.

for the missions you will be doing, small rails will likely work better (less cap usage and easier to hit frigs). You can choose to go with either vexor or thorax. for the thorax: use 2 cap rechargers, 10mn ab, rails in the highs, dc, armor rep, and 2 adaptive nano membrane II's (unless you have hull upgrades 5 in which case go with eanms). Then you can drop a mag stab or a cap power relay in the spare slot. Use 5 hammerhead drones, t2 drones will help you a lot once you can use them. vexor setup follows same pattern except you have less slots, and more dronebay (carry some lights as well as mediums).
