Alright, so I don't often (or ever) post loadouts here, and I'm not sure how similar this is to other Falcon loadouts, but since I'm of the opinion that the Falcon is almost always a fleet ship, it should be fit as such.
High Slots: Smartbomb: I find that smartbombs are the most useful weapon to fit onto a Falcon. Very rarely should you actually come under fire from a ship that you are capable of killing with your weapons, and you should never be in a situation in which you need guns. Drones, however, are often a problem that needs to be dealt with. Cyno Generator: This can be swapped out for another smartbomb or perhaps a scan probe launcher. There are several times where I've actually just left it empty, as I don't find high slots to be incredibly useful on a Falcon. Coverts Ops Cloak: If you aren't fitting one, you shouldn't be flying a Falcon. Neut: For frigates and interceptors. More of an addon and useful tool rather than anything else. Medium Slots: ECM: I prefer to go with the racials and then one multispec. I have some corp mates who like it to the other way around, but in my personal experience, this is by far the best way to do things. Sensor Booster: Carry both scripts with you. There are times where I've wanted to sit very far off gate and other times where we have been camping and I just want to get a lock as soon as possible. Infinitely useful. Low Slots: Should be relatively self explanatory. STATS: 15,690 EHP 9 DPS (Epic win) 440 Scan Res with Scan Res script - 275 with targeting range 240 Targeting Range / 150 without script |

^This. There's stacking penalties on SDA's and those rigs. So drop one SDA for a 1600mm plate (if it fits... otherwise fit a damage control or 800mm plate). Change one rig to the particle dispersion projector. The rest looks fine. -

I like it though I usually fit a neut to mine in case any tackling frigs close the gap, you can neut the point/sometimes damage off and warp when you need to if there is still damage coming off the frig, rather than commit a jammer to a low damage fleet ship. -

A nute would not hurt VS an inty that has you tackled. a 1600 RT in the lows would help prevent you being alpha'd by snipers. a DCU would further this. -

Swapped in the 1600mm RT and a neut. Agreeing with Komrad, the neut seems more useful than the smartbombs. Of course, as far as I'm concerned, the only necessity in the highs is the cloak. Everything else is just an addon. -

Yah, I figured it was probably over. My falcon used to have 1 medium smartbomb and 2 smalls. Also had the 1600mm plate.
To the OP, you should probably drop the medium smartbomb to a small or downgrade to an 800mm plate. Should make it fit... -

Yeah, fit the plate without EFTing it and realized when I tried to actually fit it ingame last night that there was probably an issue. I'll mess around with an 800. -

Bailey plate and dropping to a small smartbomb leaves everything in the green. I could fit a normal 1600mm, but only with a +3%, which I prefer to avoid if possible. Too hard to find implants.

Isn't the Bailey 1600mm plate a lot more expensive then the 7m BC says it's worth? Maybe go meta 3/4 neut and the y-t8 mwd. -

iirc its around 20 mill so not as bad as some of the storyline mods but still worth droping the t2 neut to a meta 3 one instead of using it -

I would put a DCU on, but frankly, in the situations that this Falcon is intended to be used in, I don't think the DCU and the plate are necessary. -
