    cant fit a 1600mm plate?
220s perform better than 425s almost always so saves you some fitting there.
As this is closerange gank boat use a scram over a point.

There's expendable and then there's cheap uspgrading some mods to named or T2 instead of an entire meta 0 fit will save fitting space as well as dramatically increasing performance.

The fit has the right idea but can still be expendable and much more effective with only a little more investment.  If you don't consider T2 equipment expendable better to get some iskies coming in before you pvp.

Rigs are cheap and make a big difference as well, a couple damage rigs would be cheap but add a good chunk of dps.

check the t1 named modules out some of the meta 1/2 items are cheaper than their meta 0 t1 counterparts, and more effecctive.  otherwise pretty standard fit.  only modules i would bother with using t2 on is the guns and maybe the point this is designed to be cheap but the t2 guns give you barrage therefore make the performance better by a HUGE amount due to added range.

Smaller gunst to fit a 1600 plate, and to increase tracking. Named mods. And you are a pvp-er within 2 weeks training!

It is amazing how much dps the rup can give you for a very cheap prize. The following meta 2 noob-fit is too cheap and too good to be true:

    Silwar Naiilo has no influence.

Thanks for the comments. Good ideas... I never thought about checking prices of Meta 1/2.

The idea behind it, is a cheap ship to provide to corp members en masse for quick use for fleet ops; so, yeah, T2s are expendable to me, but if it's the difference between funding 50 or 100 ruptures, we'll go a little cheaper and pick up 100.

I like that idea of throwing a 1600 on there and using dual 180s; not much loss in DPS, and quite a bit more tank. (Comparing using EMP M rather than Rep. Fleet EMP M)
