I recently got into WH-Exploration and put this fit togehter. I use it for soloing Class 1 Sleeper Sites.
Salvaging V is in training, as soon as it's done,  I'm going use a Salvager II. Tanks ok, although you need a little range between you and the sleepers, especially if you use Republic Fleet EMP.
Oh, and the Anti-EM Rig is a leftover from some earlier days, I'm to cheap to destroy it.
Any suggestions?

Update: Fixed the size of the Rigs, although the Large Anti-EM Rig is right - it was build in before the change.

    Looks good for the class 1's. The cane is a good wh boat, with 6 guns and 2 utilities.
    Worried a bit about the tank though, and the purgers aren't the right size. I would swap out all the rigs for purgers, and add another LSE instead of the stasis.

    no no no,listen to me,i'm spending most of my isk making time in c1 wh,aries are bad,tose frigs are damn fast and close so you can kill them with ac's problem is with 45km away sleepers but you overcome that range or send drones on him and he'll agroo them and stop running. tho if you really must use arties,learn how to run from frigs in straight line and pray that you're not in site where webbers are. second, RF emp? heeel no,you won't earn shit:)
    and third,it's true that you don't need hella tank for c1 but seriously this is too weak tank to deal with sirius towers and multiple sleeper cruisers..

    But you are right, matari, i might give the 425 IIs a try.
    I can tank 2 towers and three Sleeper Cruisers, but I'm always 80+ km away from the towers. Shield drops to 25 Percent, but it's a decent recharge rate.
    And you can use drones, if you manage them correctly, some of the sleeper frigs even stopped when they were attacked by my drones - easy prey for the artillery.
    As to Republic Fleet EMP: I have a lot, bought a huge supply with LPs for a war, that never happened :-)

    you can get a massive shield tank out of the hurricane, i'd drop the dps slightly and up the tank so you can do level 3's instead you do this by going for maximum passive regen and use 2large shield extenders and 2invun fields in the mids and the shield regen mods in the lows and rig slots, its a bit nasty on the cap but since you don't need it to fire its not such an issue. You can get an 700-900dps tank with that and it does class 3's with the dps slightly better than its drake counterpart.
