  I considered this, but with a disruptor instead of scrambler so I can range tank past 10km. I'd also use all falloff rigs for max damage out there.

  with dominion comin out in about a month now im not really seein a MWD on an AF really a viable thing anymore.

  I know, it sucks really bad. Would almost make me want to fly AF's again even with them costing the same as a fully fit cruiser.

  neon i have only heard that they arent doing the ab bonus from one guy on here, no evidence for that i can find, until someone shows me some i will continue to believe.
  In regards to this fit, it isn't bad, i like shield buffer fit more but having said that.....this is very good as well. +1

  only reason i desided to do this is that i had a friend of mine hold a harbinger for 45 minutes with out it being able to hit him at all. that ended with some one suicide ecm bursting him, harbinger got away and he lost his rookie ship.
