  If I'm not mistaken the Tengu can solo up to C3 and even C4 if it has the right fitting.  At least what I've heard.
  
  But only 412 tank?  Seems a bit low.

  Im open for suggestions having it find difficult to find a nice setup and im not using faction except 1 item.

  That's the point of a T3 though, if your dropping 1b on it alone, might as well keep going and put another into it.  Also take a look at the subsystems compared to yours.

  I don't know what ships are primarily in C2s, but if you dont want to run any of the higher classes, I would suggest going with Assault launchers as there is more frigates than cruisers.
