also forgot to mention you will need engineering at level 5 to make it all fit, unless you drop the salvager that is.

Umm, if you're relying on speed to keep you alive, wouldn't you want a AB/MWD?

Looks like PvE setup, where MWD is about to useless.
But dampeners in PvE useless too. Can't rate this loadout without additional information...

If it is a GVG mod - why not use bonuses for damage?
My preferred setup:
Migs:
1x Cold-Gas
1x Sensor Booster
1x Target Painter
Lows:
2x Ballistic Control Unit

In any SB You have one spare slot (mid or low) for cap charger or other situational mod. I prefer cap relay as it boost my CAP charge to level where I have full cap at end of warp and I can operate much longer. Of course it slightly useless in SB and You may prefer second sensor booster or overdrive/istab.
Low on PG in many bombers tend to use PG rigs, but if You have AWU at any significant level, one Ancillary Current Router is enough to fit it all and You may use second slot for CCC or more specific rig.

this is ment as a purely support not main gank setup, trust me you do not want to use this solo (also the OD's are mainly for staying at 100+ km)

Last I checked the Manticore was pushing 3 megatons in mass.  You'd only get half of the expected boost.  You're still looking at around a 75% boost in speed but, that's only when decloaked.  The OD IIs work while cloaked.  You can get over 400 m/s cloaked velocity with two of em.

exactly thats te point of this setup, your gona want to be able to cloak and get some more distance if your enemy gets too close

first off drop the salvager it has no place in pvp , if i ever heared a gang member say "hold on guys im just gona salvage this wreck" not only would i worry about his intentions ansd the rest of his setup i thinki would just pod him there and then for taking the piss. not to mention your out at 100km not on top the the wrecks and if youer support you should have your mind on the job at all times.

other than that yeah looks cool, mabe a sebo for another damp if you have the lock range still

although not fitting on this ship, and surely not an effective use of a high slot, PVP is nearly (with the exception of the rare rat) the only source of T2 rig components (being salvaged from t2 ships).  Its not a bad idea to have someone salvage fallen AFs, HACs, and command ships.

Yepp.  I don't think having a small cargohold is that big of a deal for him.  With 2 overdrive injector IIs he'll have 76 m3 of cargo space.  That's enough for 1520 cruise missiles.  That'd be more than enough for a raven in a pvp fight, yet alone a stealth bomber.

yeah was arguing the salvager,

over drivers are cool , could be picky and suggest a nano and a over driver but 2 overdrivers is prob the best option if your looking for cloaked speed, or you could mix it up with a bcu

Okay, I am a little confused. When I look at the skills required (from the print/view) it lists Survey III. I can not see why that skill is required. What am I missing?

Granted, I guess I should have said why Lvl III? The salvager only needs lvl I (from Evemon). Currently BC and Evemon are in disagreement.
