  your resistances are enough that you don't need to hold yourself down with a plate. add something that can help put more damage on your target.

  The point of PvE is not so much to last a long time, but to last indefinitely by having a high tankable DPS instead of a buffer. So take the armor plate out. If it's going to last forever it needs to be stable as well.
  You were headed in the right direction with those hardeners, but I think you should take out one of each type hardener. It's not usually worth fitting more that one.
  Damage controls (unlike other hardeners) do not receive a stacking penalty, so throw one on to replace the hardeners. Add a capacitor power relay for cap, and a heat sink for damage.
  A nos is good in theory, but if you're going to be in 0.0 a cloak is essential if you want to avoid local PvP. If you need the cap it provides, a better solution would be to add capacitor control circuit rigs. Remove the nos and add two CCC's and you become stable.

  I swapped out one active hardener for an energized plate because the CPU was over. Third rig slot is open for whatever you want.
  
  It's a little bit more expensive, but you hopefully won't get blow'd up if you're cloaked.
