In my oppinion this ship definately has great survival abilities and does great dps. Dont look at the prize though;-).
Any improvements, suggestions or ideas anyone would like to add? Please comment and helpme master this build:-). Thanks for every constructive criticism :-)... |

Not sure as to wether it will fit or not, but swapping a invul for a Large shield extender would probly give you a greater buffer. -

lvl5's, 515 dps (not great dps, but works), 1975 volley.
206 sustainable omnitank with about 21k Shield hps and 164k EFT EHP.
This ship isn't worth it's price imo.
Perhaps t2 the fit and there would be a more suitable price.
t2 rigs are a nono aswell in my opinion, mainly because we don't know what they'll land on.
And another thing, How did you plan on using T2 missiles in faction launchers?
Was there a stealth-boost to them this patch I don't know about?
Edit: P.S, get a drake instead, for 100th of the price.

Same deal, a bit gimped tank although more buffer, increased DPS and versatility ( can use both Javs and Rages). Rages still reach around 25-27 km and as such is sufficient for most since you want to warpscram them anyways.
Or go with the heavies and get a slight improvement in DPS with Fury missiles.
This fit is already a fraction of the price considering Cal Navy Invuls alone are, what , almost a bil?(ca 450m a piece).

Thank you all for your replies.
For some reason I can update this loadout, so lets say I consider this thread closed till I find out whats happening:-).
Although I think I would have changed back to T2 HAMs, which I fitted before - thats the reason why I had those T2 rockets in cargo lol.
I am still not sure about downgrading the rigs to T1, but I will think about it.
Faekurias you are definately right. This ship isnt worth its prize:-). But which T3 is?;-) Its more an overpriced toy than a combat ship even if its VERY though. But you must admit, that it has much more charisma than Drake:-).

Ah, now it works!!! And the prize is under 2bil. Thats better. But still no worth it I think. If iI drop those Invul fields, the tank will drop too much I think...
I see this ship is 20x the value of drake, but not even 3x the performance:-(... -

I'd probably active tank a tengu for small gang stuff as in 2-4 ship fights.
I wouldn't use a tengu in anything bigger than that, get a pith b-type large booster imo. -

Ive seen a tengu tank 1400dps... T3 ships make a classic bait ship and you really need more of a tanl then that. Swap a CNIV for a LSE if it fits. -

Are you a f*#%ing retard u don't faction fit ships for pvp well unless u buy isk and in pvp this ship would go down like a brick in water do to fact it has active tank one curse and you are screwed -

going to look for this in the kill mails, it might tank allot but i can think of more ways to spend isk
