  i like that it's cheap.  and that it's a rupture.  it's a cheap rupture.  with a microwarp.  no useless mods.  no rigs.  no loss when it pops.

  i don't see sense to fit nice ship with cheapest mod so it dies to any t2 fitted version

  lots of reasons.
  
  newbies can fly this in hours.
  
  all the modules can be produced for cheap, market not necessary.
  
  the ship is replacable by insurance, cost is next to nothing.
  
  you will still get kills with this.

  This is a good pvp rupture setup, for t1. This can easily be upgraded to T2 as well and me made quite effective. I have used this same fit myself, only named or T2 and gotten many kills. +1

  Whoops, forgot the missiles. Thunderbolt for EM holes, havoc for explosive holes.

  Downgrade to dual 180s and lose the missiles (possibly small neuts instead) for a tiny loss in DPS and the ability to fit a 1600m plate.

  This is simply so right. Why play eve to hoard ISK when such a beautiful ship + fit is free (when insured), and does not demand any skills. Then the fun begins already the third day. +1.

  Just one question.. How does it handle against small friggs, like rifter for example. Does it hit?

  only one suggestion, use at least 1 medium drone, it doesn't add much to the price and can be used with low skills.  ideally you'd have 4 light drones and 1 med to make the most of the bandwidth.
