Same as Mina said, it only has 4 launcher hardpoints. And also, maybe just put one tiny capacitor mod. I'd think your capacitor wouldn't last long with jammers constantly running.

Use heavy nuets and cruise or torps. and drop that multi sensor backup in the low slot and add a damage control. oh and a mwd drop a jammer for it.
