Open fitting in EVEHQ

2. Click EVEHQ Fitter Button, left side >  Options >  General >  Fitting Protocol >Enable

this is my first loadout. i dont actually have this ship but im considering it. i dont know how much those rigs are but it seemed to be the only way to create an active tank with the caracal. i know they say not to put rigs on cruisers but i was just trying to get a shield tank out of it. let me know what you think, and if you know any way to get the shield tank without those rigs!

p.s. how do i add in the drones and my missiles to the loadout? im using hobgoblin I's and Scourge Heavy Missiles.

    Ok let me well heres my 2 cents.  First the power diagnostic  system, co-processor and cap recharges are cosmos items so they will be next to impossible to find let alone afford.  Also i believe its usually a waste of isk to rig anything smaller then a battlecruiser.  Now the important question is what is the ship used for?  If its for missioning i recomend browse similar loadouts for a lvl 2 missioning ship.  If its pvp there a a couple types of loadouts you could do depending on if its gang, fleet, or even *shudders*, solo.

    p.s. i dont know how to add drones and missiles.

    and unless u wanna pay the same for those arby launchers as a drake would cost to fit i suggest using t2 heavies

     Way to expensive for a caracal, which has a generally weak tank anyway. Yours doesnt even have resists. Even if your just using it to run missions whenever you get a merc, sasha, or blood raiders mission your gonna have to keep an eye on your ship.

    thanks for the feedback. i updated it with non-cosmos fittings and then tried to take off the rigs (for some reason it wouldnt. not sure why.) i also added the invul field I and changed the arbys to regular Heavy launcher I's
