This is a Rifter setup i commonly use on missions, though shield booster and cap recharger are a little skill intensive.

    PvE in a Rifter, welp not sure I'd say that was the way to go (Thrasher would be better and is not that hard to skill into).

    However putting that aside, your loadout requires some work.  ACs are short range weapons, Missiles long range.  They do not mix well.

    Instead increase the guns to 3 (utilize the ships bonuses) and if you are sticking with ACs for PvE then place a Rocket Launcher instead of the Missile Launcher.

    If you insist on staying with the Standard Missiles then switch to Artillery instead of ACs.

    Since you state this is for PvE then I figure you must mean Belt Ratting, since you are sporting a MWD (which is not the best fit with the Shield Booster since it cuts your available Cap by 25%... this may be why you feel the need to place a Cap Recharger on a combat frigate). 

    If you intend to do Missions with this ship then drop the MWD and go with a AB (MWD's do not work in a deadspace).  If you drop the AB, serious think about droping the nano and OD. 

    Try fitting some Gyros instead.

    As it is I give this a  :thumbsdown: but will hold off officially grading it in hopes you'll clean it up some.

    Looking at your set up i would have to agree with the previous post.  You should drop the missles and add another 150mm.  Also use the AB with the injector and nanofiber you'll still maintain a decient speed.
