So i get meself into a buzzard this morning and iam clueless on what to put on it so any help is much appreciated

As ever it depends what you want to do with it.
The top two rated on here are ideal for the two main roles the ship has, exploration and seeking out reds in safespots.

First off.. ditch at least one of the launchers for a probe launcher. Cant explore w/o probes. You will need to train cov ops at least to 4 to get this to fit effectively. I personaly think that a mwd is a must for any frig in 0.0 .. its the only way of effectivly getting through bubbles w.o being popped.
Lose the tackle gear... anything you tackle will kill you .. these ships are thin skinned. Additionaly I'd say ditch the tank as well, your tank is not getting shot at at all and those extenders proboly wont fit with a probe launcher and MWD fit.

Exploration in enemy territory is tricky because it's unlikely you'll be able to complete a site in a buzzard, you'll need backup. With that in mind you want to do everything but shoot ships in your buzzard so you fit for everything else:
