Open fitting in EVEHQ
You must enable the EVEHQ "fitting://" protocol in your browser to import fittings to EVEHQ.

1. Start EVEHQ
2. Click EVEHQ Fitter Button, left side >  Options >  General >  Fitting Protocol >Enable

NOTE: You will need to have administrator rights to do this. In Vista or Windows 7, you may need to run EveHQ as Administrator for this part only.

    ok first of all all your lowslots are modules boosting your powergrid and cpu output. with good skills you dont need any of em. 3 wasted slots.
    what exactly do you need that much cap for? besides the mwd no module requires cap. wasted slots on masse.

    no suck thing as t2 recon.
    overkill on cap mods.   
    3 completely not needed low slot mods because it fits without it...

    Simple setup that is faster then yours, more effective and cheaper...

    cap recharger  II  Some people would say its still over kill on cap, but it only lasts about 1m with mwd and point

    i saw recon launcher and picked it.
    It should be the t1 version
