almost - I could't afford the t2 riggs

tank holds for about 2 minutes - this should be enough time for the support to transfer some shield and cap... -

Not if you are in seige they wont, Dreads in seige are immune to EW... and Remote logistics. Could mean you have to try and tank alone for 10 minutes, probably while being neuted.
Tank wouldnt last 2 minutes. -

yes, this fitting is not particularly good, and when you lose it you would get flamed to hell.
while in siege you cannot be touched by remote logistics, and your booster will cycle alot faster, but you have no cap bonus. take into account the 2-4 heavy station neuts and your gonna get raped ^^
